About
I'm a UX researcher with 3 years of experience working on identity, risk, and privacy. I help my team at PayPal make experiences that are trustworthy and clear.
I take a mixed-methods approach: I run interviews, surveys, and click tests, and work in R to analyze datasets. I translate what I learn into actionable, business-backed insights that help teams build more intuitive, user-centered experiences.
I studied HCI at the University of Washington and grew up on a computer — both of these experiences sparked a lasting curiosity about how people and technology shape each other.
